Our Church welcomes new members and teaches the doctrine practice the faith of the EOTC dogma and the Church provides a free service for baptismal, marriage, burial, and counseling.

Our church members provide a voluntary service to teach the children and youths to enhance the understanding of the holy bible God’s words, liturgy, and traditions of the church.

The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church is a member of the Oriental Orthodox Family, which consists of the Coptic (Egyptian) Orthodox Church, the Syrian Orthodox Church, the Armenian Orthodox Churches, the Indian Malankara Orthodox Church, and the Eritrean Orthodox Church.

These churches make up one family of Orthodoxy, the other being the Eastern Orthodox Churches which include the Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Antiochian just to name a few.

Ethiopia has the largest Orthodox Christian population outside of Ethiopia and, by many measures, Orthodox Ethiopians have much higher levels of religious commitment than do Orthodox Christians in the faith's heartland of Central, southern Arizona.
